Journal of Diagnosis and Therapy on Dermato-venereology is a bimonthly science and technology journal publicly published both domestically and overseas. (CN 44-1671/R, ISSN 1674-8468). It is the core journal of Chinese Medicine and Health, the journal included in China Core Journal (Selection) Database, the statistical source journal of Annual Report for Chinese Academic Journal Impact Factors, the journal included in China Science and Technology Journal Database, the full-text journal included in China Academic Journals Full-text Database, and also the journal in the title evaluation directory of Guangdong province and Henan province. Originally named Southern China Journal of Dermato-Venereology, founded in 1994, it is sponsored by Dermatology Hospital of Southern Medical University (Guangdong Provincial Center for Prevention and Treatment of Skin and Venereal Diseases), co-sponsored by Dermatology and Venereology Branch of Guangdong Medical Association, and supervised by Health Commission of Guangdong Province.
The journal is rich in content with strong practicality. The volume topics include infectious skin diseases and sexually transmitted diseases, cosmetic medicine and skin injury, allergic skin diseases, auto-immune skin diseases, eryatosis scaly skin disease, hereditary skin diseases and skin tumors. The columns include thematic forum, original research article, clinical and experimental study, case report, public health, nursing studies, discipline construction and management, reviews, continuing medical education, etc. The journal is aimed to build a communicative platform for experts and professionals in the field of dermatology and venereal disease, and the journal’s main readers are researchers engaged in dermatology and sexually transmitted diseases, medical personnel, teachers and students in colleges and community medical and health working staff.
